Dan Bryant

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Following almost 20 years as a Royal Navy officer and over a decade’s worth of commercial experience, Dan saw an enduring requirement for experienced, practically-minded experts who could assist companies and organisations to solve problems, undertake projects and provide advice in areas where they were not resourced to do so themselves.

As a result, the IWH Group was born and has brought together a highly motivated and experienced team of hands-on, skilled associates who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves, immerse themselves in their clients' organisations and add immediate, lasting value.

Tim Ferns

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Tim is a proven executive team leader, manager and diplomat, with significant experience in motivating and building highly effective teams, providing analysis of complex concepts and problems and creating understanding at all levels, from the shop floor to the boardroom, whilst delivering robust, practical and innovative solutions. A confident and articulate briefer matched with skilled penmanship, together with change management, project management and support services acumen. A former Royal Navy officer, he is a pragmatic manager with wide support skills in financial, personnel and supply chain areas.  Transformational leadership and personnel management skills have been honed over years of operational military and diplomatic experience and, more latterly, in the commercial logistics support industry.

Andy Spinks

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Andy served as a commissioned officer in the Royal Air Force for 34 years before moving into the commercial world. Blending the global logistics and leadership skills acquired in the military with the focussed commercial skills necessary for success in industry, Andy’s determined yet collegiate and customer-focussed style enables him to quickly comprehend the dynamics of a client’s team and stakeholders, helping to deliver practical advice and solutions to clients’ problems.
